This Cookie Policy explains how QueryLabz uses cookies and similar technologies on the website, dashboard, auth pages, affiliate area, and related public pages.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your session, keep you signed in, protect forms, store preferences, and remember consent choices.

2. Why We Use Cookies

  • To keep users authenticated in the dashboard and account area.
  • To protect forms and requests against abuse and CSRF attacks.
  • To remember language preference and referral attribution.
  • To remember your cookie consent choice.
  • To support analytics, if analytics is enabled and the required consent has been given.

3. Cookies We Currently Use

Cookie Purpose Type Typical retention
qlz_jwt Keeps a user signed in to the dashboard and authenticated pages. Essential Up to 10 years or until logout
qlz_csrf Protects forms and state-changing requests against CSRF abuse. Essential Up to 10 years
qlz_lang Stores the selected interface language. Preference Up to 10 years
qlz_ref Stores referral attribution when a user arrives through an affiliate link. Functional 30 days
qlz_cookie_consent Stores whether you accepted all cookies or only essential cookies. Essential for consent management Up to 10 years

4. Essential vs Optional Cookies

Essential cookies are necessary for the website and dashboard to function. These cookies support sign-in, security, preferences, consent handling, and core account features. Optional analytics cookies may be used only where enabled and where the required consent standard has been satisfied.

5. Analytics Cookies

If QueryLabz enables analytics, analytics cookies or similar tools may be used to understand usage patterns, page performance, and product quality. Where required by law, such analytics is enabled only after valid consent. If you decline optional cookies, only essential cookies should remain active.

After you choose Accept all, Google Analytics measures visits using cookies. Google receives page visits and browser and device information. Query parameters, URL fragments, account identifiers, form contents, email addresses and API keys are not sent by this counter. Private pages are recorded only as a section name. Advertising features are disabled.

6. Third-Party Cookies

QueryLabz may use third-party infrastructure or scripts in limited cases, such as analytics or embedded tools. If a third-party cookie is introduced through such functionality, it will be governed both by this Cookie Policy and by the relevant third party's own policy.

7. Managing Cookies

  • You can accept or decline optional cookies through the cookie banner.
  • You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
  • Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, form submission, language preference storage, or other site features from working correctly.

8. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
