1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using the API, topping up balance, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use QueryLabz.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts, Credentials, and API Keys

• You are responsible for all activity under your account, API keys, and credentials.
• You must keep login credentials and API keys confidential and rotate them if you suspect compromise.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email address current.
• We may require email verification, security checks, or account review before enabling or restoring access.

4. Description of the Service

QueryLabz provides CAPTCHA-related tools, API task processing, account balance management, and affiliate functionality. To complete tasks, QueryLabz may use internal systems, third-party providers, or a combination of both. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features, methods, limits, or pricing at any time.

5. Customer Data and Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all task data, URLs, images, proxy settings, tokens, and other content you submit.
• You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to submit such data to the Service.
• You grant QueryLabz a limited right to process submitted data solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QueryLabz for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity, including:

• Violating applicable law, regulation, sanctions, court order, or third-party rights.
• Phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, fraud, or deceptive automation.
• Attacking, disrupting, probing, or bypassing security of our systems or third-party services without authorization.
• Reselling or sharing access in a way that violates our policies or harms the Service.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse our software, limits, or internal logic except as allowed by law.
• Using the Service in a way that causes disproportionate load, abuse complaints, or infrastructure risk.

7. Pricing, Billing, and Balance

• Pricing may change at any time and is shown on the website, dashboard, or API documentation.
• Usage is billed according to the applicable method, rate, or task type in effect at the time of processing.
• Task charges may be applied when a task is accepted into processing, completed, or otherwise handled according to service logic.
• You are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance and for any taxes, duties, or bank charges associated with your use.
• We may suspend task acceptance or API access if your balance is insufficient, payment is disputed, or fraud is suspected.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Credits

Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue credits or refunds in our discretion in cases of confirmed malfunction, duplicate billing, or other verified service errors. Chargebacks, reversals, or abusive payment disputes may result in account review, suspension, or permanent termination.

9. Affiliate Program

If you participate in the affiliate program, affiliate credits are subject to our fraud, abuse, and billing checks. We may adjust, withhold, reverse, or refuse affiliate payouts or balance credits where we reasonably believe signups, traffic, or referred spending are fraudulent, self-generated, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

10. Availability, Limits, and No Service Guarantee

• The Service may be unavailable, delayed, rate limited, degraded, or changed without notice.
• We may set concurrency, request, balance, or method-specific limits to protect the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact timing, acceptance of every task, or specific solve results.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, keys, affiliate status, access to features, or task processing at any time if we suspect violations of these Terms, security risks, abuse, non-payment, fraud, complaints, or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time, but charges already incurred remain due.

12. Intellectual Property

QueryLabz and its related software, branding, dashboard design, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you. You may not use our trademarks or branding except as permitted by us in writing.

13. Third-Party Providers and Links

The Service may rely on or interact with third-party infrastructure, payment processors, hosting, email providers, analytics, or CAPTCHA processing vendors. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, acts, omissions, or terms imposed by such third parties, except as required by applicable law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryLabz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueryLabz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you to QueryLabz for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QueryLabz, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your data, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
