1. General

QueryLabz operates on a prepaid balance model unless stated otherwise. Users may add funds to their account balance and the balance is then used to pay for CAPTCHA solving and other supported services available in the dashboard or API.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown in the payment or top-up interface at the time of purchase. QueryLabz may enable, disable, or change supported payment methods, currencies, limits, or providers at any time without prior notice.

3. Balance Credits

• Funds are credited only after the relevant payment has been successfully authorized, confirmed, or otherwise settled.
• If a payment is pending, delayed, reversed, canceled, disputed, or flagged for review, the corresponding balance may remain unavailable or be removed.
• Users are responsible for entering correct payment information and using payment instruments they are authorized to use.

4. Pricing and Charges

• Service pricing is displayed on the website, in the dashboard, or in API documentation.
• Usage charges are deducted from the available account balance according to the applicable task type and current rate.
• Exchange rates, bank fees, provider fees, taxes, and intermediary charges may affect the final amount paid or received.

5. Verification and Fraud Prevention

To comply with fraud prevention and payment security requirements, QueryLabz may review transactions, request additional verification, temporarily delay balance crediting, or reject payments that appear suspicious, unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with our Terms of Service.

6. Chargebacks and Reversals

If a payment is reversed, charged back, canceled, or later determined to be unauthorized or fraudulent, QueryLabz may deduct the corresponding amount from the user balance, suspend access, restrict API usage, or terminate the account.

7. Restricted Use

Payments must not be used to fund unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited use of the Service. QueryLabz may refuse or cancel access where required by law, risk controls, provider rules, or our internal compliance checks.

8. Taxes and Fees

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, conversion costs, or payment provider fees applicable to their transactions unless expressly stated otherwise by QueryLabz.
